This website, mdesignbxl.eu, is run by Gheorghe-Marian Pop (MDesign), based in Brussels, Belgium. This page explains what data I collect, why, and what rights you have.

What I collect

Through the contact form on this site, I collect: your name, how to reach you (email or phone), and the message you write.

Why I collect it

I use this data only to reply to your message and discuss your project. I don't use it for any other purpose, and I don't sell or share it with third parties for marketing.

Who else has access

The form is processed through Netlify, the platform hosting this site. Netlify acts as a technical data processor, based in the US; data transfer is governed by EU-approved standard contractual clauses.

You can also reach me directly via WhatsApp — those messages go through the WhatsApp (Meta) platform, not through this site, and are governed by WhatsApp's own privacy policy, not this one.

How long I keep it

I keep messages for as long as needed to reply and, if a collaboration follows, for its duration. If no collaboration follows, I delete them within 12 months.

Your rights

You have the right to request access to your data, correct it, delete it, or withdraw consent at any time. You can reach me at mdesignbxl@gmail.com for any request.

You have the right to file a complaint with Belgium's Data Protection Authority if you feel your data wasn't handled properly.
